Shape your Body and Get Strong!

Time to lift some weights!

If you want to achieve a lean and toned body then you have to lift weights.

Now, I am not talking about the bright pink neoprene dumbbells. Those just won’t do it. My two year old can lift those things and hold them above his head. If a two year old can easily lift them then I doubt your body will be challenged enough by them to elicit a muscular change.
